| Julian Prower is Managing Director of D&B Business Information Solutions Limited, based in Dublin, Ireland. Mr Prower has extensive experience gained in a variety of Data Operations and Technology roles since joining D&B in 1985. He is a member of the company's Global Technology and Operations Leadership Team. |

| Julian's achievements have included: defining and executing the Worldwide Network Technology Strategy, leading critical business re-engineering programmes, effectively sponsoring D&B International's Information Technology control and compliance programme and driving a corporate programme to enhance the level of security applied to all aspects of D&B's global computing environment. Throughout his leadership Mr Prower has demonstrated an exceptional ability to build high performing teams, trusted relationships with customers and long-standing partnerships with outsource service providers whilst meeting demanding business objectives.
